At U.S. Food Truck Manufacturing Inc., we take pride in offering high-quality, brand-new parts and accessories designed to meet strict safety, durability, and performance standards. To ensure the integrity of every component we sell, please review our return policy below.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns only on qualifying parts that meet the following conditions:

The return request is submitted within 10 days of receiving the item.
The item is unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
The item is not listed as a non-returnable component (see below).

Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, compliance, and quality-control reasons, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Gas valves
All electrical parts or components (including switches, controllers, wiring, motors, igniters, thermostats, lights, and any other electric assemblies)

These parts are classified as final sale because we cannot verify whether they were installed, energized, or exposed to fuel or power. Returned items of this type cannot be resold safely.

Return Shipping & Refund Terms

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs on approved returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, even if the item is returned.
Refunds will be issued only after the item is received, inspected, and confirmed to meet the return criteria above.

Final Sale Items

All parts and accessories are considered final sale unless explicitly approved for return within the policy conditions stated.

Devoluciones Elegibles

Aceptamos devoluciones solo de las piezas que cumplan con las siguientes condiciones:

La solicitud de devolución se envía dentro de los 10 días posteriores a la recepción del artículo.
El artículo no ha sido usado ni instalado, está en su empaque original y en condición apta para reventa.
El artículo no aparece en la lista de componentes no retornables (ver abajo).

Artículos No Retornables

Por razones de seguridad, cumplimiento y control de calidad, los siguientes artículos no pueden devolverse bajo ninguna circunstancia:

Válvulas de gas
Todas las piezas o componentes eléctricos (incluyendo interruptores, controladores, cableado, motores, encendedores, termostatos, luces y cualquier otro conjunto eléctrico)

Estos artículos se clasifican como venta final, ya que no podemos verificar si fueron instalados, energizados o expuestos a combustible o electricidad. No es seguro revender artículos de este tipo.

Envío de Devoluciones y Términos de Reembolso

El cliente es responsable de todos los costos de envío relacionados con la devolución aprobada.
Los cargos de envío originales no son reembolsables, incluso si el artículo es devuelto.
Los reembolsos se emitirán únicamente después de recibir, inspeccionar y confirmar que el artículo cumple con los criterios mencionados.

Chúng tôi chỉ chấp nhận đổi trả đối với các bộ phận đáp ứng đầy đủ các điều kiện sau:

Yêu cầu đổi trả được gửi trong vòng 10 ngày kể từ khi nhận hàng.
Sản phẩm chưa được sử dụng, chưa được lắp đặt, còn trong bao bì gốc và ở tình trạng có thể bán lại.
Sản phẩm không nằm trong danh sách các linh kiện không được đổi trả (xem bên dưới).

Các Mặt Hàng Không Được Đổi Trả

Vì lý do an toàn, tuân thủ quy chuẩn và kiểm soát chất lượng, các mặt hàng sau đây sẽ không được đổi trả dưới bất kỳ hình thức nào:

Van gas
Tất cả các bộ phận hoặc linh kiện điện (bao gồm công tắc, bộ điều khiển, dây điện, mô-tơ, bộ đánh lửa, bộ điều nhiệt, đèn và mọi cụm điện khác)

Những mặt hàng này được phân loại là hàng bán cuối cùng, vì chúng tôi không thể xác minh liệu chúng đã được lắp đặt, cấp điện hoặc tiếp xúc với nhiên liệu hay chưa. Không thể đảm bảo an toàn khi bán lại các linh kiện này.

Chi Phí Gửi Trả & Điều Kiện Hoàn Tiền

Khách hàng chịu trách nhiệm thanh toán mọi chi phí vận chuyển khi gửi trả các sản phẩm đã được chấp thuận đổi trả.
Phí vận chuyển ban đầu không được hoàn lại, ngay cả khi sản phẩm được gửi trả.
Việc hoàn tiền chỉ được thực hiện sau khi chúng tôi nhận, kiểm tra và xác nhận rằng sản phẩm đáp ứng các điều kiện hoàn trả đã nêu.

Hàng Bán Cuối Cùng

Tất cả các bộ phận và phụ kiện đều được xem là hàng bán cuối cùng, trừ khi việc đổi trả được chấp thuận theo đúng các điều kiện của chính sách này.
